I upgraded my GPU from a GT 610 to a Radeon R7 260x, the resolution specs said it can handle a max of 2560x1600 Digital and 2048x1536 Analog. Whenever I go to 1920x1080, it looks like an NES game. To exagerate less, it looks more like a horribly rendered game.

That im not sure of the max, it shows in control panel and AMD Catalyst Center 1920x1080. Im guessing that is the max then. If it helps at all im hooked up through HDMI.

It's native is 1360x768, what monitor or tv size would I need for 1920x1080?

Alright, so your driver if forcing your monitor to output a non native resolution and even worse, a high resolution than it can do. That's bad.

Put it back at its native resolution.

Higher resolutions usually makes the image quality look better at bigger screens.

Its not forcing it to any non native resolution.
