I upgraded my GPU from a GT 610 to a Radeon R7 260x, the resolution specs said it can handle a max of 2560x1600 Digital and 2048x1536 Analog. Whenever I go to 1920x1080, it looks like an NES game. To exagerate less, it looks more like a horribly rendered game.

Does your monitor even go to 1920 x 1080? The graphics card may go up that high, but if your monitor is small, it wont display it properly. How big is your monitor?

Sorry about the very delayed response, I went on vacation so I didn't know if I had another answer. My monitor is 28 inches.

That's weird... Try different resolutions. Some things just fit games weird and desktops in general. That's why there's always so many options. :-P Just keep trying all the options until you find yourself a good one.
