Is my PC better than the PS4?

Here's my rig:

CPU: Intel i7-4500
GPU: NVIDIA GT 745M
RAM: 8GB DDR3
SSD: 256GB Samsung 840 Pro

I want GTA V, but should I buy it for my laptop (Asus Q550LF) or my PS4?

In all seriousness both. But I recommend if u do get into pc gaming more than u get an HDD for apps and gamed amd personal data and then keep ssd for your system so u can boot faster and save space on ur hdd.

I actually have a 1TB HDD in my laptop, but it's only 5400 RPM and the boot-up was painfully slow so I bought an extra SSD lol. For the time being, I have all of my games installed on my SSD for faster loading, but if I download too many I'll definitely move them to my HDD. Thanks! :)
