Is this set-up compatible?

Solution
It is compatible and would work fine

I tweaked it a little , probably just to my preferences
I down graded to a Blue hard drive . The speed difference is not noticeable in everyday usage
I changed the RAM to save a little money

I upgraded the mb to a model with some cooling heat sinks that will help keep the board cool if you overclock
And changed the power supply to a better quality bronze rated unit that will run your PC fine . It also saved a little money

Outlander has the best stuff for you, the only thing i would change is PSU get a good PSU now and save the hassle of having to buy another when upgrading PC again get a gold Certified around 500-550w
