Hello,

I need to host services (HTTP, SSH, etc...) from home. My home has 2 routers. "Router 1" is the gateway and is setup as follows:

IP: 192.168.1.1
MASK: 255.255.255.0

"Router 2" is setup as follows:

IP: 192.168.2.1
MASK: 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY: 192.168.1.1

My server is connected to "Router 2". Locally I can obviously connect to my services. However, using my home WAN address, I get no resolution to my server. NMap shows 0 open ports when I scan my home IP address.

My Question: How can I expose "Router 2"s network to allow my server to be reached.

Router 1 is a Linksys WRT54GS and "Router 2" is a TP-Link TL-WR940N

Solution
After doing further research and speaking with one of my professional contacts, I have discovered a plausible solution. The solution is to turn "Router 2" into a switch. In order to do this, "Router 1" should have a line running from its LAN port to "Router 2"s LAN port (previously I was plugging into "Router 2" WAN port). I still have to run tests on my home network with this setup, but I will post more information as soon as I can.
