What is the brand and model of your keyboard? Try going into device manager and look under keyboards to see if there is a question or exclamation mark next to your keyboard. Whether there is or not, right click on the keyboard and select update driver>update automatically and see if it clears up. If not, let me know the info on the keyboard or just go to the keyboard manufacturers website (Or the computer manufacturer) and download and install the most recent driver that is windows 8.1 compatible. Likely that will solve the problem. Let me know what happens.

I already done that .. nothing happen. All other keys is functioning except the left arrow. Doesn't likely to be hardware problem because i just bought this laptop.

Well, guess I can't really help you on this one. Since it's a laptop there's really only three possibilities. One is the proper drivers for your laptop are not installed, two is the keyboard has a hardware issue and three is perhaps some combination of key strokes has caused it to change functions like in this post here: http://www.eightforums.com/drivers-hardware/20174-impro...
