Mob: asus rampage iv black edition
GPU: asus gtx 780 ti (3x)
CPU: i 7 3930k
ram:16gb
PSU antec 1300w

Solution
3-way SLI forces you to place all 3 cards with nearly no space between them. This makes them hotter than normal, which in turn causes their fans to ramp up and get noisy. If you removed the card in the middle, allowing the top and bottom card to breath, they won't have to work so hard to stay cool and you get rid of the fans on that middle card all together, which makes the noise reasonable. 3-way SLI/CF really needs to be done with water cooling for a pleasant experience.

What is your monitor resolution? You may not have any use for that 3rd card if you aren't using some insane resolution.

i might be going on the liquid cooling soon, since i already hae my cpu on a custom loop. each gpu are in 30c and the fans are running on 32% on msi afterburner.
