So I have a problem with lag and frame rate drops in games. Sometimes it gets so bad that in LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, I get 15 FPS. I'm not sure if it's because I'm accidentally using my A4 5300's integrated GPU or if my Asus 7770 HD 2gb just sucks. Is it because my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU? Please help me with this issue and how I can fix it.

It is certainly possible given the A4-5300 is only a dual core single module processor. An upgrade to an quad core APU could certainly help.

Frame rate drops in a multiplayer game could be caused by server lag/latency, CPU bottlenecking, or even low memory. Your HD 7770 should have no issues with that game and unless you have your monitor hooked up to the motherboard instead of your HD 7770 it isn't going to render using your iGPU. If you are worried about the system using the iGPU make sure to shut it off in the BIOS (which may free up some memory if it hasn't been shut off).

Alright good, I was scared my 7770 was broken or something. I am upgrading to an i5 4690 in about a month.
