Just a quick question about Ram and Mobo

Would this RAM be compatible with the mobo?

Yep, no problem, if going with a K model CPU might want to consider faster sticks, can often fine 1866 and even 2133 at the same price of 1600 sets

I'd go the 1866 with a CL of 9 - with your combo would look at the GSkill Snipers or Ripjaws X

Ram is hard to really notice in most cases but for $6 more that ram is better and certainly worth it

It's Ripjaws X which are good sticks (same I suggested earlier), if you have trouble running 2133, and you might, the 8350 is rated to 1866 (and the testing for that was done with 4GB sticks) give me a shout, might be able to adjust things to run at 213 or drop to 1866 and tighten down the timings for near 2133 performance
