I have an Radeon MSI AMD 270x 2GB Gaming GPU. It can range anywhere in fan RPMS from 2000 to 5000! Is this normal for this card? im greatly concerned for it was a 600 build. The pc runs great and graphics are amazing, yet, the fans reach 5000 in RPMS. It would be great to get some help.
