Hi, I am interested in building a very budget PC, for the specific purpose of playing the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at Max details (w/ 4x AA), 1080p & a STABLE >60fps. I'm very new to the whole PC building thing, and so I have little to no idea what sort of parts I need; I have looked around and nothing so far has helped me come up with the right answer.
I do not care for future proofing or the like, just that it be as cheap as possible!

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next 6 months
Budget Range: $400-$500 AUD (~$375-$470 USD)
Am I buying a monitor: No
Do I need to buy OS: No
Location: Australia
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: Not Sure
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: The Source Engine from which CS:GO runs off, puts most of the load on the CPU, so an expensive GPU is not necessarily important, but of course it is still possible to be bottlenecked by a rubbish GPU.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current PC is garbage and cannot hold a stable framerate on CS:GO, which is annoying, and so I decided it was time to invest in a PC!

Any help is appreciated, thankyou!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that HDD space is not important, and 80GB would suffice for my purposes. ALSO, no Optical disk drive is needed. And 8GB memory is preferred.
