Good GPU under 10k rupees (166.17$) ?

I want a good gpu under 166$ for gaming and 3D rendering. Is EVGA GeForce GT 740 4GB Superclocked good for both ? resolution i will be playing will be 1600X900 single monitor so should i buy 4GB or 2GB is enough

EVGA GTX 750Ti is your best bet at 149.99$ or For 169.99$ R9-270X from XFX which is higher than your budget already

the 270X might be in your budget if it is slighty cheaper where you live than in the usa, but if not, a 750 Ti is your best bet, like TopLuca said.
