You're overclocking over 1-GHz higher. I recommend getting liquid cooling.

IMPORTANT: Remember to turn off the turbo feature. That could kill your CPU while overclocking.

Update: If you get a really high-end air cooler you could achieve that clock speed with air cooling. Also, I forgot to mention that the i7 860 doesn't appear to be unlocked. If it isn't then you could probably only get a couple extra hundred MHz.
