Ok so i was wondering what to do when i first boot up my gaming PC for the first time. Isn't this step of the build called the BIOS where i pick to install windows from my DVD and what HDD or SSD to Download it to? I would like if someone could send me some videos of some examples of how to get through the first boot up of a PC and what to do. What is this step called where i have all the parts and it comes on correctly and the motherboard thing pops up, the BIOS i think is what it is called. I know all PC`s are different but i want to get a taste of what it will be like so i can have somewhat o an idea. btw sorry if this Q is not in the right category.

ok, so push the power button, then put in the windows installation dvd if thats how you are doing it, then just let it try to boot itself. if it doesnt say something like 'press any key to boot from cd' then restart, and let it try again. if it still doesnt give you that option, then reboot and go into the bios and go to the boot section, and boot from the cd drive.
