I'm facing a problem with the volume settings of my android tablet. The volume for ringtones, notifications and alarms is working but the volume for playing music, games, videos and other media is not available. The option has turned grey with a cross line on it. I have seen videos regarding the volume settings of a tablet. What I've learnt is that tapping the power button enables a pop-up on the screen about the silent mode/volume of the tablet. Whenever I tap the power button, it pops-up with a question, 'Do you want to shut it down?' I have no idea how to set the volume back. To be honest, the power button of my tablet is not working properly now due to this problem, neither the option to put it on the silent mode/remove the silent mode appears. What should I do? I'm really worried about this. I need help.

Try to do Soft Reset by going on your settings. If Soft Reset does not fix, do the Hard Reset.
- Turn off your Tablet
- Press and Hold Power button + Up Volume (if not working, use Down Volume)
- Select Odin Mode (skip if no Odin Mode appeared)
- Select Clear Cahe or Factory Reset or something like that.
Make sure you have 75% of battery.
- Turn off your Tablet
