It should support them fine with a bios update...

I recommend an fx 8350

you cant say it should support it with a bios update, because many mobos dont, and we dont know what mobo OP has.

Actually most motherboards don't really support the fx 8xxx because of poor vrm quality even tho they claim to fully support it.
I was just saying the system should boot with any FX after a bios update.

The best cpu you can use on that board without killing it is the FX6300 and you'll need a cpu cooler that can help with vrm cooling like

http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-cooler/samurai...
http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-cooler/katana-... * if you can find the AMD version

Keep in mind you can't overclock the CPU and you still need a bios update

That's not a good board. I'd take Danbuscus25's suggestion and go with the i5. It'll perform better than most FX's, even when overclocked.

(I'd swap the motherboard for an H97 one though)
