well gigabyte has one of the best cooling solutions.

then there is asus direct cu2 whitch features a 10 mm heatpipe in some models but is not available on the 770 with a 10 mm heatpipe.
msi twin frozzer its blades spin in the oposite direction when idle to prevent dust build up.
these are 3 of many manufactures and there is no way you will go wrong whith either one of them.
now its what you like.

Gigabyte - best cooling.
EVGA - best features and customer support.
MSI - (Not sure) allows for water cooling without warranty void, worst (still very good!) cooling of these 4, backplate.
Asus - also pretty good DCII cooling, backplate.
