Hello,

i want to know if a CX 750W M powesupply will be sufficient for another 270x and a i7 4790k upgrade in the near future.

current build:
Asus z87-k
i5 4570 3.2
windforce 270x fac o.c
4x 4 gb 1600mhz corsair xms3
1 hdd 2 tb
1 ssd 256gb
6 coolers in total ( 2 for rad, 1 exaust, 2 front intake, 1 side, no LEDS)

Solution
if you are getting random power failures when stressing the cpu or gpu, if the fan sounds odd, but that may be dust or something, and other than that, there isnt much warring when it is about to die.

Yes, the cx750w will be enough for your future upgrade as long as you provide good airflow inside your case and keep the case temp under 45.

If you haven't bought the PSU already i would recommend a Seasonic or XFX PSU with the same wattage as they are more tolerant to high temperatures (50-55)

Yeah, it will be sufficient, however CX are lowish - end PSUs, they will do the job but won't live too long, I'd recommend an upgrade.
BTW
May I know why are you getting high end processor RAM, HDD, SSD, MOBO and lower end PSU and GPU?

ive already built this pc, but im considering upgrading the CPU and buying a second GPU. im sold on upgrading cpu, but not sure about crossx videocards..

maybe ill live with this 270x for a while and buy a better single, when the new ones launch

so getting a second 270x , upgrading to a new cpu ( was maybe thinking about the i5 4690k, as i just want to overclock) and overclocking it will be sufficient for my 750w psu? i have like 6 fans in the pc, by the way

well ill definetly upgrade my cpu, but ill see where im goign to go as far as the gpu goes. i get bothered by amd drivers, might save up some money and go for an gtx 780 later on. (if gta 5 runs terribly on 270x) :3
