Hey, can someone more experienced tell me how this system sounds, it fits my budget with about $50 left.

CPU: FX-6300 (133AUD)
MOBO: ASROCK 970 EXTREME 4 (114AUD)
RAM: G-SKILL RIPJAW 8GB (97AUD)
SSD: KINGSTON 120GB (75AUD)
HDD: SEAGATE 2TB (93AUD)
CASE: CORSAIR 200R (82AUD)
PSU: CORSAIR VS550 (65AUD)
GPU: MSI R9 270 (197AUD)

Solution

The VS550 isn't terrible. I mean, the first iteration was terrible (junfu capacitors), but they discontinued it and released a V2 with better capacitors - the primary A-PFC cap is now from aishi (not bad), while the secondary caps are from capXon - capxon aren't great but they're better than junfu for sure.

Seasonic, xfx or a good quality antec...

Its a nice combination both as of CPU and GPU....IT WILL WORK FINE!!!

GPU is dependent on CPU, not the other way around.
A better GPU is always nice however not everyone can afford it, and the R9 270 is a VERY capable 1080p gaming graphics card which is more than good enough for MOST people.

That being said.

The PSU you chose is NOT a good unit.

Try for an Antec VP or similar low cost QUALITY unit.

Seasonic, xfx or a good quality antec (not VP or BP) is obviously much better though. The antec High Current Gamer (HCG) series is OEM seasonic, The EVGA B2 series is exceptional quality, it's all about whats available though
