Hello,when I click run as administrator on cmd, chkdsk e: /f or chkdsk e: /r always is black all the way down. I can't acces with any software to recover my external drive,only if I disconnect the external drive the software to recover works.
whe I click on disk management with the external drive connected is the same problem and when I click on my computer only I see local disk c: with volume and de external drive e: don't say nothing
please help .
