I hope someone can help - I need the ability to remove a sata drive from time to time from my case and need to find a sata enclosure that is preferably 5.25" and will work with a SATA 6GB drive. I assume if an enclosure was not 6GB compatible the drive would fall back to a lower speed? - it's not a huge problem if drive has to revert to a slower speed but I just need to find something to make it work for me. Does not need to have hot swap . Its a further backup drive I can remove etc..
Can anyone recommend an enclosure/drive bay (in the uk) I can fit into my case that will work. I know I could just mount the drive in the vast space in my case but this isn't what I want to achieve.
