Virus in startup folder

There is this file in my startup folder (win xp) the files name is llkjdgs something
its name randomizes every time i reinstall windows
and it has infected explorer.exe too
malware bytes failed to remove it :( can anybody help me

Every time I remove it it comes back
and its also in program files and other places
