Explorer Restarts When Search

when i search some files more than 30 and when i found some files and select all and try to cut explorer ends automatically it means my explored windows disappears and turrn on next time

why this happen s ?
how to resolve this problem ?

There`s a problem wither with your hardware or software.
Since this issue is new to me, and I can`t guide you with proper troubleshooting, can you reinstall windows?
This should fix it if it`s a software issue.

dude formatting can solve it i know but my data will be lost after format although back up the data is solution but without formatting is there any way to do like replace or chkdsk or any thing like windows original file repairy annd replace it >
