-Alright here we go, just about every time I start a game (WoW, bioshock, Diablo 3 etc...) I can get anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 hours until randomly all the fans in my computer will ramp up to full speed then the display states no signal. The fans then go back to normal and sometimes there's a looping noise, sometimes the sounds continues to play normally.

After that I have to hold down the power button to shutdown because the reset button will reset the computer but I still get no display. Also sometimes I'll get a blue screen which is terrifying.
Let me preface this next section with the fact that my dad had shipped my computer to my dorm with all the parts still on the motherboard. Which I know is very dangerous.

With that in mind I tried a ton of remedies. I RMA'd the card and got a brand new one. Still having the issue. Uninstalled everything off the computer and reinstalled. Still same issue. Took the graphics card out and ran off the Intel graphics. Still nothing. Tried moving the RAM to different slots. I actually transfered everything to a brand new motherboard in hopes that the board was damaged in the move. But still having the issue.

When I restart the computer I get no error messages. It just asks if I would like to start windows normally. I don't know what else to do. Is it the RAM, PSU, a software issue?!

Thanks in advance. If you need anymore info let me know

Solution
YOUR GPU IS GETTING TOO HOT, whereupon it will take remedies to cool itself, hence blank screen, screaming fans etc

Look carefully at your case cooling - you want more air sucked in than blown out, so as to build pressure in the case, which will help the exhaust fans exhale hot air properly. Make sure you have exhaust fans at the top and rear, intakes at bottom and front, so hot air is rising as that is what it will want to do etc

Yeah graphics temp went from 30 degrees Celsius to 90 in a few seconds then the computer shut down. Guess I'll be doing another RMA lol. Thanks
