"new CPU installed" message keeps appearing bios start up

My PC Configuration: ASUS M5A 97 Mbd, AMD Phenom II X4 970 CPU, Kingston 8 GB Ram..
From Last few days at the time of booting My system shows "new cpu installed please enter setup to configure"

I change the battery, Update BIOS to latest one but doesn't solve my problem. Please help me to solve this problem. Except this error message everything is fine,

Do you have an aftermarket cooler installed.

No my cooler is stock supplied by AMD. I haven't overclock. PC is boot to os if I disable F1 for error checking.

It could be the design of the CPU socket , pressure not even.

I don't think anything is wrong at all.

Is any method to test my mother board & cpu has some error or not? please suggest. Thanks in advanced

did you see the pic in the link I gave above on how the socket can be warped??
