I'm planning to buy an i5-3450 3.1GHz to go with my GTX 650 Ti. I've been looking around, and it seems like in my country it cannot be bought anywhere under $240. So I've decided to take it to eBay and found a used one just for $105. I read that CPUs are one of the better things to buy second-hand, especially it wasn't overclocked, which in this case it wasn't. The thing is, the seller has 100% positive feedback, but only 5 ratings (each of them are positive), and one positive comment on their profile, which is why I'm asking this question. Should I go into this transaction or is it too risky?
