yo, my dad nowdays likes to sing and wants a simple setup to sing.... nothing fancy
details...
1. songs (karaoke song) will be downloaded from the youtube (actually there is only one song he wants to sing, and we have the mp3 from youtube)
2. He just wants something that will play live (his voice and the song from the same speaker) .....and maybe record it if he wants to.
3. external mic is a must, he likes to hold that thing (star feeling
)
i have searched google for about a week now, couldn't find anything useful .... MIDI files and shit, i dont understand and care about .... and some karaoke players are so expensive and dont have the only song he wants....
so please HELp!!
we have an extra laptop (it has 2 ports for headphones and for mic), we also have an extra PC with some realtek soundcard ... i just want this thing to just work!!
PS... total noob, no idea how to set up mic with pc, which software to use to sing alone ETC ETc.... any information is valuable to me
