I got a new EVGA GTX 660 FTW Sig 2 3GB GDDR5, but instead of a preformance boost, my PC just ran slower. I did some research on the problem, and noticed when I opened my Graphics card properties, I had 9 GIGABYTES of video RAM! But my PC is running slower because 6 of the 12 gigabytes of DDR3 1600 RAm on my PC is shared with the video card! I don't wan't the amount of RAM a 3-way GTX 780 Ti will hold, I just wan't my 12 gigabytes of system RAM back (The max video RAM you need is REALLY like 6 gigs.) How to I remove the memory sharing? I have a Windows 8.1 64 bit OS if that helps.
