Slow pc and loud buzzing sounds

Two days ago my PC became annoyingly slow. CPU usage is high but not that much and when I watch videos on internet I get these annoying loud buzzing sounds.
I want to know if it is due to a bad hardware(CPU,GPU,PSU) or is it just software.
I also have a possible clue: When I reinstalled my windows and when I installed my GPU drivers pc didn't detect my GPU at all. But when I restarted it was okay. And also I have quite normal FPS in games.

Have you updated all hardware drivers in your system, including those for your GPU, onboard audio and motherboard? Have you checked your CPU and GPU temps?

Yeah,all drivers are up to date. I didn't check temps will check and post now.

MOBO temp: 61c,48c
CPU temp: 55c
GPU temp: 57c
This is while watching stream on twitch.
And cpu usage is about 40-50%(don't know if that is normal)
I am running Google Chrome and league of legends client.

GPU is AMD Radeon HD 5670 512mb DDR5
CPU AMD athlon II x3 445 3.1 ghz (not overclocked)
PSU I really don't know that
MOBO is MSI 880gm e41

Have you tried doing a virus scan, to see if a virus is slowing down your computer?

I did run malwarebytes anti malware in normal and in safe mode. It found a couple of viruses I deleted them and this still happened.

Are you able to locate the source of the buzzing?

Do you have a spare PSU in which you can swap out your current one, and see if the buzzing continues?

I don't have a spare psu...
It is buzzing while I watch videos on internet. Buzzing comes out of headphones not my PC.

Usually 9 x out of 10 the PSU is buzzing.

I was thinking it could be interference from something?

I get/ used to get a similar sound playing one game in particular.
