Bad CPU Temps with Cooler Master 212 EVO?

I have a cooler master 212 evo and a 8320 and when idle the cpu is 30°C and at full load is 58 °C
What can i do!
My specs
Cpu:Amd Fx 8320
Mobo:Gigabyte ga-970udp3
Vga: Gigabyte r9 270x 2gb
Ram:Kingston Fury 8gb
Power supply:Nzxt hale v2 700w fully modular
Case: Phantom Nzxt 410
HDD's: 1 tb, 150 gb (OS)

Your temperatures are fine and exactly where they should be. If you want them lower, then lower the ambient temperature or get a more efficient cooler.

I'm not sure those are necessarily very bad. I've got the same processor and cooler, and my temps are roughly in that region. Anything below 70 is "Safe."

Are you overclocking at all?

Consider optimizing your case temp, by adding better quality case fans, managing the cables better, making sure your Hyper 212 is facing the optimal direction, etc.
