Hi, Gta 4 is unplayable with my current rig. It's extremely laggy. Here are the specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400@3.00GHz
2GB of RAM
Sapphire HD6570 2GB DDR3
Windows 7
Now i used to run this game with everything maxed out without any lag with the exact same specs above except i had a 8800GT then and OS was Windows XP.
I don't know if it's Windows 7 or my graphics card.-Then again i found quite a few videos like this:

I've tried pretty much everything i could find online where i found a lot of people having this problem, even people with high-end sytems. Quite baffled here. Any tips?
