please help, i just installed another 4gb ram to my previous 4gb ram on my pc, but unfortunately is says 3.50gb are usable.supposibly its 8gb now. im using windows 8.1 pro - 32 bit. please help what to do, do i need to install fresh windows 64bit? do i need to update the bios,really confusing theres a lot of answer i read but really dont know where do i start. thank you.
