I recently purchased this card, slightly used, for 175$. Good deal if you ask me, but it runs pretty damn hot because of the overclocking. I've seen many threads saying that 70-90 is a good max load temp range. Mine runs anywhere from 60-80 degrees C under full load playing games like Mechwarrior Online (Cry engine 3) on ultra. I think 78 was my peak while playing today. Lots of people have explained how EVGA, ASUS, etc. brands of gtx cards are much better at cooling, but I couldn't pass up on such a deal. Is this a good temp for my card to be running at? I might purchase a small rear pci slot system blower to pull hot air off of the back of the card and out of the case.

Thanks gents.

I might get a small system blower to pull air off of the cards back just to keep things as cool as possible. Also for my OCD about keeping my components as cool as they can be.

unfortunately, my case (nzxtH440) has no side fan slot. I could always cut one out...but why ruin a sexy case like that. Only problem is that the airflow is a bit choked for this case, so I think that's why it's running slightly hotter than I'd like.
