I have Windows 8.1, 64 bit Professional.
I have wired Ethernet + Wifi router.
I have just got a new PC of $1600 so it's not hardware issue.
It works for few minutes after start up and then stops working. It still shows connected. I use my iPad and phone with the same internet and router at the same time, no issue. Even in my second system that have Windows 7 64-bit Pro, no issue at all.
Any solution?

Just because you paid $1600 for a system doesn't mean that one part of it isn't malfunctioning. If you have a dedicated LAN chip (not the motherboard's integrated module) remove it and put it in your other system, then see if it works. If you are sure it isn't a hardware poblem, and have gotten past all the usual reboots and whatnot to try and fix it, then set your system to only use ipv4, not 6, and set it to automatically acquire an ip adress and DCHP server. Then, reboot again.

Sorry, didn't wanted those comments that your hardware have issues and all annoying non sense comments. That's why put that, not a show off or anything, indeed. I have other system with Windows 7, I can still use internet with the same cable and modem with no issue at all. So surely it's cause of Windows 8.1, I searched on internet and found many people are suffering it too, still nothing worked.
Okay found this tutorial to do the same, I guess I have done it but will do it again in an hour when I will use my new system.
