internet problem only on a certain desktop.

Hello guys, Im having a problem with my other desktop. It takes a long time to load page or stream youtube videos. But my main desktop is working properly doesnt take time in loading pages and doesnt lag when streaming videos. Both connected to the same router. I already scanned my other desktop with malwarebytes, got rid of some malwares. but still have the problem. Any thoughts?

Is the problem desktop wireless or hard wired to router?

You said you scanned it for malware, did you use malwarebytes or a different program?
Have you tried different browsers?

I tried different browsers. problem persists on all browsers. I used malwarebytes to remove malwares.

Go to speedtest.net and test with both computers and tell me what the results are.

Also, on the trouble pc, go to command prompt and type ipconfig /all and paste the results.

hi, sorry for the late response, speedtest results are the same. I will post an "ipconfig /all" later, since the troubled PC is not with me at the moment.

Hi guys.. I reinstalled windows from the system, and it seemed like the problem is fixed. I wasn't able to diagnose it properly before. But your responses are very much appreciated. Thanks
