What caused this to happen?

this is the first time my work PC has played up. the image below doesn't make me think its a blue screen of death but the lines down the screen make me think its a graphics problem, this is worrying because its an APU.

Work PC Specs:
AMD A4-3300
8GB RAM
MSI A55M P33
500 Watt PSU

also how do you upload images?

You can't upload images direct to the forum, you have to upload them to any file hosting service, then include the link to it in your post.
