My budget for graphics card is around 20000 RS(indian ruppes).(60RS=1 dollar).
so please suggest graphics card under this budget if you think my choice is not good.

I am providing the link of the motherboard.

Most mATX boards, including yours work just as well as a full ATX, just lacking the few extra RAM lanes to make it smaller.
99.9% of the time they will feature one x16 lane, which is what the cards use.

I'm probably doing my maths horribly wrong as per usual, but isn't that about 333 US dollars? That should buy a slightly better card that the two you listed. Then again, I'm British, so converting ruppes into dollars then dollars into pounds is straight-up mind boggling.

I would say disregard the 660, or at the very least look at the 660ti.
The 760 or the 270x would be a good choice.

Your motherboard supports PCIe lanes of Gen 3.0, which is great because that means you have no bottlenecks on the board front, probably won't for...

Your motherboard supports PCIe lanes of Gen 3.0, which is great because that means you have no bottlenecks on the board front, probably won't for several GPU generations yet.
You may have some issues with your power supply though, see whether it can support the relatively high wattage of some of these cards.

The final, and main issue you may have is cooler size. Depending on the brand, some non-reference and reference cards can be quite long. It's usually reserved for the high end cards. This isn't a board issue, more of a case issue. You'll have to look and see if your case can support an averaged sized cards. Most of the time this info will be a Google away on the product info page.
Shouldn't be an issue but it's worth mentioning.
