I was wondering if my A4-5300 was bottlenecking my ASUS 7770 2gb GPU. I've seen gameplay with the 7770 and it is much better than the performance I am getting such as in League of Legends, people tend to get 60 FPS constantly. I usually get 15-30 FPS. Is it because of my crap CPU?

In short? Yeah, kinda.

Sorry dude, APUs are fairly weak on the CPU end to begin with, anything below an A8 or A10 is quite exceptionally so. Even though the 7770 isn't all that powerful, it's still most likely being limited.

You could try overclocking?
Or if you bought it recently, you might be able to return it and pop in an A8 or A10 into the same socket, pretty darn certain the FM2 boards will do that, then again, it is a lesser generation APU, which makes things tricky.

Holy crap that'll be a speed trip.
It'll be like going from a banged up old Civic to a Lamborghini.

Hold on to your undies, they may [strike]fly[/strike] come off.
