no that's all solid stuff, i would have said skip the high frequency ram and stick to 1600 or 1866 as you won't see much of a boost from what you got, but other than that this will be a super solid build for 1080p gaming!

your ram speed won't effect your overclock, and as i'm sure you know overclocking can often be a matter of luck. that said the 4790k seems pretty good for thermals with the new tim so it wouldn't shock me if you could go 4.2-4.6 or higher, just remember to go slowly and don't throw too much voltage unless you have to.

like everything, you research and choose the parts you want and are all compatible but when you put it together and fire it up is when you know-- it will work fine and run stable with no issues or it will have issues from minor easy to fix or the W.T.F. issues that you spend a week on trying to figure out .. we all get them now and again

but for me the only thing I would remove from your list is asus [opinion] high on hype low on quality now in my book.. there not the asus I grew up with any more [more opinion]

good luck

have you changed motherboards with the same hard drive that the os is installed on? if you didn't do a clean install when changeing the motherboard it will do that, so sadly you'll have to reinstall.
