i7 3770K won't overclock

I got my new i7 3770K today. Everything's set up, but for some reason when I try changing the frequency multiplier from 35 to whatever, the multipler is saved, however the clock doesn't change. I'm using the Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 motherboard if that helps.
