WD Caviar Black Drive Constantly disconnecting?

After around 30 or so minutes, the drive will just disappear. When I restart the system, it shows up again, but disappears again 30 minutes later. Is the drive faulty or what is my problem?

I did, the SMART Status came out as "Pass". Could that port on my mobo be defective or is there something wrong with the drive?
