Hello!.
As a lot of posts says, get an GTX 760 4GB over an 2 GB version is a waste of money, because the card has not enough power for handle more than 4 GB of usage.

This seems "legit" when we talk about of stuff like multi-screen and stuff, but when comes to games that demand 3+ GB of VRAM. I'm not so sure that is true.

I'm the owner of an GTX760 2GB EVGA, and that frikin' game is driving me crazy cos even in "high" textures, it stutters, (I know is bad optimized, so with all the respect you all deserve, avoid to repeait it).

So, my request: someone can "prove" or at least send me an screen that the 4GB version in this game is using really more than 2 GB?, I can't find any info somewhere.

Thank you in advice

I also agree that the 760 4GB is kind of a gimmick because it doesn't use all of the 4GB.

However, the GTX 760 can also use more than 2GB and with watch dogs being extremely demanding then I'd say yes that the 4GB version would help.

yes but is isn't effectively using the 4gb of vram so the increase is not truly worth it price wise because the price increase brings the card close to the 770 which has better performance than the 4gb gtx 760 in most situations.

Nice answer jar3d, I think with this info im geeting close to the end of my research, the thing I would like to know is if with the 4 GB version it would have an NOTABLE reduction of stuttering, I mean, I got less than 2 months ago another gtx 760 for SLI, and really frustrates me that I spent over 800 USD in both cards for let a friking game to come and tell me "Not enough minerals \0/"

So I'm even thinking on sell my SLI, but not sure if is worth...

Well in mosts cases,. 4 gb 760 costs as much as gtx 770. In that case, I would recommend sli 770. Even with 2 gb, gtx 770 is better in all accounts to increased cuda cores leading to better processing power.

The gtx 760 4 gb is only a small gain over less than 5 frames over 2 gb version.

Yes, that I know somehow, than I don't want is to "upgrade" my both cards so soon, I got the 1st card 1y and half ago, when the GTX 760 just came out to the market, the 2nd one I got 1 month ago cos I didnt wanted to upgrade a 770, for less money, I got an GTX titan (more or less) performance with my sli, in that case, I'd like to wait till the nex gen of nvidia cards (maybe gtx 8xx?) what I really would like to know, if is a GTX 760 4GB would completly get rid of the stuttering than with a 2 GB...

Shuttering is tough to judge. With that being said, in terms of sli drivers, gtx 770/680 (technically same gpu) are these best I have used and didn't seem to shutter even in 3 screens Surround.
