Who can tell my a good video card for my components
I have
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L
Processor : Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz
Video Card : Inter(R) G33\G31 Express Chipset Family
Ram: 1 Gb DDR2

Solution

I would buy two 2GB memory modules to max out your motherboard of 4GB. This will help you with OSes such as XP, Vista, and even Windows 7. If you have 1GB of system ram you might barely run things smoothly on XP but have problems and lag issues on Vista and Windows 7/8.

According to your motherboard specs, two 2GB DDR2 1066 MHz memory would be the best it can handle.

Next a good 1GB video card that I recommend is the
Asus GTX750-PHOC-1GD5.

This is the best one that I've found for rear single slot and probably the thinnest card internally you can buy at the moment for the GTX 750. It still uses up 2 internal motherboard slots like most video cards today but this one packs a punch...

Upgrading your graphics card will definitely boost your graphics abilities, but almost any modern card you buy will be bottlenecked by the rest of your hardware. What do you need to be able to do with this computer?

This is the best one that I've found for rear single slot and probably the thinnest card internally you can buy at the moment for the GTX 750. It still uses up 2 internal motherboard slots like most video cards today but this one packs a punch as far as performance to watt efficiency. Also the rear 2nd bracket is free so you can still put like a USB 2.0 4 port rear bracket and make use of it where most video cards use it as a ventilation bracket.

So make sure if you have a PCI card to the left of that slot that you move that card to the far left slot on your motherboard.

Note this is a standard GTX 750 OC non Ti.

Most of the GTX 750 and 750 Ti models I've seen are dual slot rear brackets which turned me off or had the wrong video connectors. I like the VGA, DVI-D,and HDMI display connectors all on one rear bracket. This card is great for my legacy and HTPC purposes, runs on only 55 Watts Max TDP (no PSU upgrade required for 300 Watt PSU), and no extra PCIe power connector either to hook to the video card.

I just got mine recently for $125 Free Shipping and Tax Free.

They are located in New York.

If you don't have money to upgrade the DDR2 memory or get a new motherboard and use DDR3 memory, then the graphics card is still a worthy upgrade as this one can be used on the next motherboard. If you upgrade the DDR2 memory it cannot be used on a future motherboard.

If you want to save some money then just get 1 stick of 2GB DDR2 800MHz memory (slightly slower). Even at 3GB it's a worthwhile boost until you have the funds to go for a complete upgrade.

Found one low profile 2GB DDR2 1066MHz stick on eBay (used).

$25.49 Free Shipping.

Buy this (used) CPU and upgrade the older one and get about 2 times the CPU performance.

$16

If you are still on the fence regarding the GPU, just spend $42 on these used parts and your machine will run at least 2 to 3 times faster than it is now for the least amount of investment. Going Quad Core on this motherboard is expensive and not worth it.
