My PC won't boot and I've replaced nearly everything.

Hello, I custom built my PC a few months back with fairly bad specs. Due to this, I decided that I would upgrade the PC and put another processor in. When I did that, I noticed that the PC wouldn't boot, yet it worked with the other processor. Assuming that the motherboard didn't like the new CPU (it had a newer chipset), I replaced the board but it still wouldn't work. After that, I decided to ditch AMD and go for Intel, which is where I stand now. I have a Gigabyte H81M-H motherboard and Intel i5-4590 CPU. I can turn on the PC and the fans will spin and the lights on top of my RAM (I have Crucial Ballistix) flash as they should, however no display shows. After about a minute or 2, the lights on the RAM won't move anymore and just freeze, however the fans still spin. I asked on another forum who said that I needed a higher powered PSU (I was running a 430W EVGA PSU at the time), so I bought a new PSU which arrived today, however it still won't boot. The new PSU that I received was a Corsair CX750. I've tried moving the RAM in different slots, trying to boot without the HDD connected, etc but still nothing will work. I have also tried putting a graphics card in but I still get no display.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4590
Mobo: Gigabyte H81M-H
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 4GB
PSU: Corsair CX750

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
