PSU cause restart system

hi there i m having problem with my psu mean my system restart it self when i do gaming i notice that the psu fan not spining under load too + also notice the problem of loosen of motherboard atx
cable which can cause system restart im having corsair gs 800 and its still in warranty of 1.5yrs should Rma it or is there any other fault my cpu temp are 70c max while playing BATTLEFIELD 4
and gpu is at 85c any help pls
and also i think that problem is im not using any UPS too and in my area voltage fluctuate a lot so
the psu chould be damage or something can anyone recommend me a good UPS too cause im worried about my system too my sys
fx8150
12gbram
1x 500wd hdd
1x 2tb seagate hdd
and a gtx 570
Corsair gs 800 psu+
 
Solution
The Corsair GS600 does not spin it's fan, only when it is at a certain temp.

If you can, borrow a friends psu and test it in your system. If it still restarts you know it is the psu. Make sure the atx cable is also completely in.

If you know it is the psu I would RMA it, I own the GS600 psu and so far it has been very reliable. Good luck.
