My old video card died recently and I purchased an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (2 GB) along with a new 520 watt PSU and installed them both (the video card is connected to my monitor via HDMI, if that matters, but I tried unplugging the HDMI cable to no avail as well). I also uninstalled my old video card's drivers and installed the new video card's drivers from online. I had some trouble installing and had my friend help and he had me do a CMOS reset, which may be my problem because a lot of people lose sound after a CMOS reset but I can't find a solution.
Both the PSU and the video card now work perfectly, but I have no sound coming out of my speakers (Logitech Z130), nor is my headset/microphone working for voice chat (no one can hear me talking).
My computer and my voice chat program register that the speakers and the headset are plugged in and into the right jacks, but no one can hear me talking and the only sound I hear from my speakers is a high pitched static. I plugged my speakers into my laptop and they work perfectly, so I am assuming my speakers are fine.
Here is what I have tried:

Here is what I have tried:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled my sound drivers. Rolled them back and forth again.
- Gotten into the BIOS (ASUS UEFI Bios Utility for my ASUS P8H67-M PRO motherboard), gone through all of the settings and enabled anything that looks like it could be related to my audio. I also tried resetting to default to no avail.
- Had my friend who works at Microsoft take over my computer for over an hour. He went into device manager and the Realtek audio manager and tried literally everything possible to no avail. He recommended I find a USB headset/speakers and just leave it broken, LOL.
- Checked all of my mobo cables and as far as I can tell they are all in the right places and plugged in very securely.
- Plugging my headset and speakers into the front analog jacks and the back and neither of them work.
- Gone into the Sound section of Control Panel where it says my speakers/headset are plugged in, ready and on and yet they still don't work.
- Yelled at it at the top of my lungs.
- Whispered sweet nothings to it.
- Sobbed next to it.
