What is the best GPU for the FX-6300 which will be overclocked?

I have a system run by an FX-6300 which I will soon overclock, I am still confused about what graphics card will best run with it, I was thinking of a R9 280X or GTX 760 but which would be best, the only game of such that I will play will be Minecraft at max settings at which I have to have above or at least around 150FPS?

Yes. a 260x should be more than enough. And no, fx 6300 shouldn't bottleneck 280x (some games are very cpu intensive like skyrim and may do so).

Ah thank you, however I am planning to use a dual monitor Full HD set up, also would a 260x give me over 150FPS with everything at max settings? I am also confused about the bottlenecking concept, would the 280x be bottlenecked by the fx-6300?
