My New seasonic m12 ii 750w psu might be giving me problems , while I am playing games or watching movies my system looses audio becomes choppy and hangs then I would have to turn it off manually then it dose not power up for a minute , after a minute when I press the power button it boots back up and performs normally , the crash is recorded as critical system Kernel-Power event id 41 . error is it my power supply ??

Kernel Power event just means unscheduled loss of power. In other words it is from you forcibly shutting down the computer.

The not turning on immediately behavior is a little disconcerting, but might just be normal. Most motherboards will boot, confirm the last power state, and then turn themselves off properly. Then they will turn on normally the next time around. That could be an explanation for that. Doesn't usually take a minute though.

If you haven't already, get the latest drivers for everything. If the error starts with system audio, try disabling it to see if the problem goes away (and by disable I mean from device manager)

Hello,

Please check the temperatures for CPU and especially GPU; check also the voltages for +12V rail. You can use the HWMonitor, take a screenshot at startup, leave it running, take another one when the problems occurs and post them here.

70C is way too high for an FX6300, max recommended temperature is 61C. If you are using the stock cooler you may want to consider investing in something like a coolermaster TX3 or if you have the room and the money a coolermaster hyper evo 212.
