I just constructed a new Desktop PC at my friends house and hooked it up to his TV via HDMI, after I left to go home, I arrived and hooked up my PC onto my TV via HDMI, and strangely, it didn't get a signal no matter what I tried, it said "Not Support!" on the screen with a blue background. So I tried using other Plasmas throughout the house, and strangely enough, they worked just fine but this specific TV didn't. The TV itself works cause I just watched cable on it.

check to see if the tv has a pc mode or input. look online for it tv input max setting. some of the newer tv can take higher inputs your old tv may be stuck at the old 640 by 480 input. one thing also to try is if there a dvi or vga port on the card. see if someone has a dvi to vga cable or adaptor and see if it work on your tv.

Not support means that the TV does not support the signal that the computer is trying to send to it. What you could probably do is have it connected while you try and change the resolution and hz being sent to it on another monitor. You might be able to get a proper signal sent to it via hdmi by messing with the settings in the nvidia control panel. Otherwise you would either need to connect to the monitor using a dsub cable if the tv supports it or get a better TV.
