How much should I sell this pc for? (in pounds)

I want to sell my custom pc, here are the specs:
AMD Phenom X6 1055t
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
4GB DDR3 RAM
1TB 7200RPM WD SCORPIO
GENERIC 450W PSU
Custom Windowed Case, with 3 Blue Fans.


I will probably sell on Gumtree or Ebay Uk
PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME A VALUE (£)

If it's new (or almost), it will probably be 300-500. if it's extremely used, sorry but no luck. You can research your parts online and deduct a bit (30-50 pounds if lightly used, up to 100 if used but still in working condition) from the total retail value of your parts because it is used.

Are you sure that valuation is right, because I was expecting maybe £270 max. If it is right though, I am going to be extremely happy!
